ES Maese Rodrigo offers a comprehensive and well-established range of Vocational Education and Training (VET) programmes for the upcoming 2025/2026 academic year. These programmes cover all levels, from Basic Vocational Training to Intermediate and Advanced Vocational Training, with specialisations in cooking, restaurant services, and laundry operations.
The following programmes are available:
- Basic VET in Accommodation and Laundry
- Basic VET in Cooking and Restaurant Services
- Intermediate VET in Cooking and Gastronomy
- Intermediate VET in Restaurant Services
- Advanced VET in Kitchen Management
- Advanced VET in Restaurant Service Management
The enrolment process for new students entering the first year will take place online from 15 to 30 June. Students who are continuing or repeating a course must complete their registration in person at the school’s front desk from 25 to 30 June, between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Foreign Students – Access Requirements for Vocational Training
Students from foreign education systems may apply for Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training programmes, provided they meet the requirements for official recognition or validation of their studies, in accordance with current regulations.
There are two possible situations:
- With official recognition of the foreign high school diploma
Students must present the official credential issued by the Ministry of Education, including the final grade point average. - Without official recognition yet
Students may submit a conditional enrolment certificate (Annex II of Order ECD/3305/2002) as a provisional measure. The final credential must be submitted before the final evaluation period. If not, the enrolment will be cancelled.
This same process applies to students who need recognition of lower secondary education (ESO).
